The Paragon Foundation works in conjunction with Paragon Labs with the goal of encouraging children and young adults to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math.

The Foundation promotes an awareness of space exploration through learning contests, special events, and participation in launch operations. Additionally, the Foundation offers hands-on and robust educational opportunities to participate in and contribute to various projects, providing an immersive learning environment.

Mentorships are also a large focus of the Paragon Foundation; the first mentorship was a senior design project for the University of Colorado's Aerospace Department over 20 years ago. More recently, specialized Ground Support Equipment (GSE) was made available to numerous universities’ space launch efforts (Princeton, Duke, Operation Space).

The Foundation is organized within the state of Colorado as a nonprofit corporation and has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service under IRC 501(c)(3) for tax exempt status.
